Housekeeping:  We are now investigating solution chemistry.  In this unit, you will complete a solutions lab and a research project over food-borne illnesses.  This is a relatively short unit in terms of content, but the lab and research paper will take some time.  I expect for us to complete the content before March 4, 2019.
